WEFOOT® IN&OUT Dual-Grip Tabi Crew Socks (Thin / Two-toe)
A two-toe (tabi) grip sock designed to lock your foot in place, improve traction inside your boots, and keep you comfortable during long sessions.
Key Highlights

- Tabi (two-toe) design for better toe control and stability
- IN&OUT Dual-Grip: inside grip secures foot-to-sock, outside grip secures sock-to-shoe
- Breathable & quick-dry fabric for comfort during play
- Secure fit with stretch recovery + wide arch support band
Why Tabi?

1) Improved Balance & Stability
The separated big toe moves freely so you can apply ground-gripping force more effectively—helping you control balance and stability.
2) Natural Toe Movement
Compared to regular socks, the split-toe design allows more independent toe movement, supporting more natural foot motion and helping reduce fatigue.
3) Easy to Put On & Take Off
Unlike five-toe socks, tabi splits only into two sections (big toe + the rest), so it’s faster and easier to wear and remove.
IN&OUT Dual-Grip System

Inside Grip (Foot ↔ Sock)
Helps prevent your foot and sock from sliding separately, keeping the sock securely in place on your foot.
Outside Grip (Sock ↔ Shoe / Floor)
Helps reduce slipping by gripping your sports shoes (or the floor), improving traction during movement.
Comfort & Fit Technology

Breathability
Moisture-wicking, quick-dry fabric absorbs sweat fast and dries quickly to keep your feet comfortable.

Elastic Recovery
Stretch and rebound help the sock stay secure and resist slipping down during exercise.

Arch Support
A wide arch-support band helps prevent twisting or shifting, delivering a stable fit for long workouts.

Great thin sock , with grip as you warm up the pads. The compression can be tight. So if I could change a bring it would be a stretchier band on the sock lining. Aside from that the tabi fit feel so anatomically correct it’s almost perfect to play in.
Concerning the grip, they work well for my needs. I do wish they was an ankle sock version, though. Concerning fit, I chose based on the site size recommendations, however they are larger than large. I would want to try a medium despite being recommended a large. They are also similar to compression socks, and are therefore pretty tight. Probably necessary for the grip to function properly, but I do prefer a more casual fit.
I love this sock, but I think it’s not as good as the Wefoot In&Out Dual Grip Plus.
I love that I can spread my toes more, but it’s actually not useful inside a soccer cleat because those are super constrictive.
